The Cooperative was founded in 1996 by a small group of women that took the initiative to share their love of traditional cooking with the people and put their knowledge into work to offer quality services with gusto and respect to local cuisine.

The visitor can enjoy a wide range of local products in the workshop of the Cooperative, from preserves to home made pasta (hylopites, couscous, trachana and so on) prepared with care by the women using the traditional recipes of their grandmothers. All farming products used are organic and of course delicious. 

The workshop functions as a showroom for all of the products. The Cooperative offers catering services for conferences and weddings and you can find the products apart from Evros, in Athens and Thessaloniki.
